Physical Security Vulnerability Assessments
Every facility has gaps its own people stopped seeing. A propped door that's always propped. A camera pointed at a wall it stopped needing to watch two renovations ago. A badge reader everyone tailgates through because the line backs up at shift change. Individually they seem minor. To someone looking for a way in, they're the way in.

We inventory those gaps systematically. A physical vulnerability assessment walks your facility the way a security professional evaluating it for weaknesses would, documents what could enable unauthorized access, and hands you a prioritized list of what to fix, without ever exploiting anything.

What We Assess

A thorough review of the physical controls protecting your facility:

-
Perimeter security, fencing, gates, and grounds
-
Entry points, doors, locks, and access control systems
-
Badge, credential, and visitor management processes
-
Surveillance coverage, camera placement, and blind spots
-
Exterior and interior lighting
-
Alarm and intrusion detection systems
-
Security procedures and how they hold up in daily practice

Assessment, Not Exploitation

This is a key distinction. A vulnerability assessment identifies and documents weaknesses without attempting to breach them. We're not trying to get past your controls here, we're cataloging where they're weak so you can strengthen them.

If you want us to actually attempt the intrusion, defeat the controls, and prove what a real attacker could reach, that's physical penetration testing. Many clients start with an assessment to find and fix the obvious gaps, then commission a penetration test to see what's left. Assessment finds the weaknesses. Testing proves which ones matter.

The Gap Between Cyber and Physical

Physical weaknesses aren't just physical problems. An unsecured server room, an accessible network jack in a public lobby, a badge system running on a flat network, these are the points where a physical gap becomes a cyber breach. Because we work both sides, we flag the physical weaknesses that create digital exposure, not just the ones that risk theft or intrusion.

What You Get

-
A documented inventory of physical security gaps across your facility
-
Each finding prioritized by how exploitable it is and what it exposes
-
Specific, practical remediation guidance, not vague recommendations
-
Flags on any physical weakness that creates cyber exposure
-
A walkthrough of findings with the person who did the assessment

Find the Gaps First
