Physical Security Services

Buildings, perimeters, and the people inside them are attacked differently than networks, and they need to be tested that way. We assess your physical security the way an adversary would approach it, from the parking lot to the executive floor, then show you where you are exposed and what to do about it. Facility testing, target and vulnerability assessments, protective design, and program review, delivered by practitioners who have done this work in the field.

Target Assessments

We assess your facility the way someone planning to attack it would, using CARVER to score what an adversary would actually pick as a target and why. You get a ranked picture of where you are most exposed, not a generic checklist.

Protective Architecture Consulting

Security designed into the building, not bolted on after. Perimeter, standoff, access control, and site layout reviewed against real threat scenarios, whether you are planning new construction or hardening what you already have.

Vulnerability Assessments

A structured review of your perimeter, access control, surveillance, lighting, and procedures. We find the gaps between what your security policy says and what is actually happening on the ground at 2am.

Executive & Dignitary Security Program Consulting

We evaluate your existing executive and dignitary protection program against how it would actually hold up under a real threat. Advance work, route planning, detail coordination, residential and travel security, and emergency response, reviewed for the operational gaps that put a principal at risk. You get a clear picture of where the program is exposed and what to fix, whether the detail is in-house, contracted, or a mix.

Table Top Exercises

We put your emergency response plan under pressure with a scenario built from real incidents. You find out who knows their role, where the plan breaks, and which decisions nobody is prepared to make under stress.

Penetration Testing

We attempt to get in. Tailgating, badge cloning, lock bypass, social engineering, and whatever else works. Then we show you what we reached once we were inside, including where physical access turned into network access.
